A Leadership Council
Women in Circle is led by a group of volunteers within our local community.
The Council oversees all aspects of our community life, including: Enrolment on Woman Within
Training weekends, Celebrations, Empowerment Circles, Staffing support, Facilitation support,
Fundraising, Scholarships, Connection with the MKP community, Multicultural work, and Community events.

The spirit leader is the welcoming face of women within for new initiates, for women seeking information
about the community and for women looking for their next step on this awesome journey. The spirit leader is also the connection
from the local community to the larger community I look forward to new connection and reconnection within this community of women.
I went through my weekend in Indianapolis march 2006, have staffed several times and went to WEW. At home, I am a mom to my 4 year
old son Gabriel and wife to my husband of almost ten years, David.

Scholarships
Ginny Borolov

Ginny Borolov is the Scholarship Coordinator for Women In Circle and joined the council in October of 2008.
Her role is primarily to coordinate the distribution of scholarship funds for training weekends with the Midwest
Registrar and to assist in fund raising efforts for future scholarships. Ginny is an administrative assistant at
a regional campus of Purdue University, where she is also working to attain a Bachelor's degree in accounting with
a minor in ethics and expects to graduate in 2012.
