Advertising in the Heartbeat: Payments for Heartbeat ads can be made directly to the WIC Scholarship fund by credit card. Send an email to connect@womenincircle.org if you would like to pay by check or money order.

Advertising is open to any individual, business or organization -- it's not necessary to be a member of Woman Within or MKP to run an ad in the Heartbeat newsletter. The cost of running an ad for one month is $10.00. Future advertisers will be given a choice of sending money to the WIC Scholarship Fund or Woman Within International.

The editorial staff reserves the right to reject any ads deemed inappropriate for our newsletter.

Event ads will be accepted in either a Word document, PDF Document or a banner ad. Banner ads will be accepted for organizations, businesses and individuals.

Banner ad size should be about 468 pixels wide X 60 pixels high up to 468 pixels wide X 100 pixels high. Banner ads can be created using your own graphics software. (Click here and then scroll down to see what banner ads look like in the February, 2008 Heartbeat newsletter). There are web sites which simple banner ads can be created for no cost, such as http://highpowergraphics.com/bannerbuilder or http://www.adverstore.com/free_banners/ which offers a selection of free designs to include in your banner ad. Animated banner ads will have animation removed. Banner ads will be linked to web sites if web site information is included in the email with the ad.

If you are not confident in your ability to create a banner ad, a text ad will be created for you and it will appear on the right side of the newsletter in the Upcoming Events section, and a PDF will be created of your flier.
