Once upon a time there was a beautiful princess who felt very disconnected from the world. It seemed the harder she tried to break free of those bonds, the more deeply she went inside. Then one day she was touched by another woman who simply said, "You are!"

With incredible fear she touched the reflection of her own self to connect with a very small, very frightened little girl inside of her. At first the little girl sat quietly playing in her room and wouldn't even acknowledge that the beautiful princess was there. With gentle prodding she looked up and took her hand. As if in a dream they soared above the earth together and landed on a sun-filled beach with warm, soothing waters. The beautiful princess watched as the little girl's spirit soared free. With golden curls she danced in the surf and the sunlight. She chased the seagulls because she loved to watch them fly!

The beautiful princess held the little girl in her arms and pulled her close to her heart and whispered, "I am!"
